This research aims to conduct resocialization by providing repeated understanding and service guidelines as a reference in services that staff can follow implement. The method used is pilot study using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires with the head of room managerial function approach. results showed cardiovascular palliative audio-visual methods form videos made more familiar care. Resocializing unit show increased knowledge about services. In conclusion, increase regulation.
